| Shaista is the greatest Real Estate Agent my wife and I have ever worked with! (And we have worked with many different agents over the past 15 years.) Shaista was in constant communication with us throughout the process. We had a huge list of demands for our new home and Shaista worked around the clock to find us our perfect house, in our price range, and she helped us negotiate the perfect deal. Shaista was in constant contact with us, calling us several times a week with updates, helpful information, or just to check in and see if we had any questions. Shaista had numerous other clients she was handling at the same time, but my wife and I truly felt like we were here one and only, top priority client. Shaista even helped us in areas that most agents would refuse to waste their time getting involved with. We had several issues arise with the home we were selling in a different city. Our selling agent in that was not responding to our issues and was not doing anything proactive to keep us updated. Shaista actually went beyond the call of duty, made several calls on our behalf, and helped us resolve our issues. She even proactively helped us outside of the sales process by researching things such as - inspectors, locksmiths, school quality, and even called us totally unsolicited to let us know when the first day of school was. | We bought our first home in Austin. As first time buyers we had no clue about buying a house and had a ton of questions. We are glad that we had Shaista on our side to guide us along. Not only did she walk us through the process but also patiently answered all our questions. Her insight into the housing market helped us buy the house of our dreams within our budget. She also educated us about different communities around Austin. Her knowledge spreads across all spectrums viz. pricing, interior/exterior decoration, landscaping, property taxes, communities and a host of other areas. | Having Shaista as our realtor was one of the best decisions we have ever made. I hear so may stories about how people can't even reach their realtors but if we called Shaista she would either pick up or reply soon. We were anxious to sell but she used gentle persuasion to convince us to hold out for about 10K more than we otherwise would have. All her suggestions started with "Of course you're free to do as you wish, but if I were you.." and it seemed her advice was on the money each time we followed it. Very professional and a great sense of humor. She even helped our daughters find apartments. | ||
